All prices in our webshop include VAT and apply while stocks last. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors.
Delivery & Shipping
We ship with PostNord. Normal delivery time varies depending on the destination.

- Delivery time: 1-3 business days.
- Free shipping for orders over 299 SEK.
- For orders under 299 SEK, a 39 SEK shipping fee applies.
🇪🇺 Within the EU
- Delivery time: 3-6 business days.
- Standard shipping from 13€.
- All orders are insured against damage or loss during transit.

- Delivery time: 3-9 business days.
- Standard shipping from 13€.

Unclaimed Shipments
If you do not collect your package, you will be charged a minimum of 30€ to cover handling, shipping, and administrative costs.
Payment Options
We use Kustom Checkout as our checkout solution. Kustom is an independent checkout provider and not a bank. Available payment methods are shown at checkout, and the payment is processed by the payment service provider you select. All payments are securely handled through Stripe, which is the payment service provider processing these transactions via Kustom Checkout.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from receiving your order.
Return Policy:
- The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, opened beauty, cosmetic or skincare products cannot be returned.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and must send the package to our return address.
- Returns sent without postage or via cash on delivery will not be accepted.
- Please contact us before returning an item.
- Refunds are issued within 1–5 business days after we receive and approve your return.
